Order chocolate and bonbons
On our website you can easily choose from the categories at the top of the page. All products on the website are in stock and available within 24 hours (ordered before 12 noon). This does not apply to customization such as candies with logo or chocolate letters for companies. If we do not have sufficient stock to deliver your order immediately, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Add card
When ordering, you can enter a text for a card. If you want the sender to be mentioned, put it below the text as well. The ticket is free.
Packaging
The Chocolates and chocolate are luxuriously packaged. If you want to have the chocolates delivered to your mailbox, choose the chocolate box. The other packages are offered as a package
Postage costs
We charge € 6.95 for a package. We charge € 10.50 in shipping costs for the delivery of the chocolate letters. Letterbox mail € 4.50
Payment options
You can pay with us with Ideal, Visa and Mastercard, Paypal, Bancontact and companies can also pay afterwards by invoice.
Invoice
You will receive an invoice by email. The invoice will also be added to your account. If you order on behalf of a company and you choose payment by invoice, the invoice will also be sent by post.
Delivery term
We will deliver your order within 24 hours if you order before 12 noon. You will receive an email when the order is shipped. It will be delivered the day after shipment. If you order at the weekend from Friday 12:00, the chocolate box will be delivered on Tuesday. If you order after 12:00 and still want the next one delivered, email us or call us just to be sure.

We provide high quality products and we strive that you will be very satisfied with the product and our service. Does something go wrong and do you have a complaint or

Return
If you are not satisfied with a product or if it is not what you expected, you can return it, but always contact us in advance. Food must be handled with care, so please contact us so that we can solve it quickly and properly for you.
